Studio Trophy Day
Sunday, 16th November 2025
Starts 12pm until appx 130pm
Mona Vale Memorial Hall- 1 Park St Mona Vale
Students receive their relevant Trophy Award for their ballroom dancing performance every semester at the studio. Beginners start on Bronze and move up through their bar levels to Gold in various styles of Dancesport. It’s a relaxed, friendly atmosphere on the day. All students really enjoy the day and wonderful seeing all their families sit back and watch their dancing and see them improve so much each time!
It is free for family to come and watch the dance trophy performances.
The Studio Trophy Day is part of the terms tuition fee. No extra costs for this day.
Performance Days – Minkara Retirement Village – Saturday 14th March and “Dance Move Engage”-Sunday 29th March 2026
Saturday, 14th March 2026 Performance at Minkara Resort Retirement Village
10 Minkara Rd, Bayview
Arrive appx 10.45am for 11am start until appx 12.30pm.
Parents are welcome to stay at watch, Tea/coffee will be provided. After the dance performance they will provide the students with oven fire baked pizzas as a treat for coming! These were very delicious last time we visited and performed and the kids loved it!
There is limited visitor parking spots inside the Resort so most will have to park on the main road. Parents can drop students off outside the door venue inside the village, down the main driveway follow the signs and pick them up at the same spot.
Beginner students performing in their first performance for our dance studio can wear our team logo white t-shirt with pants, skirt, leggings from home. Proper dance attire/shoes not required for this relaxed dance performance. Those Intermediate/Advanced students can wear their proper dance attire that they have.
No additional costs for this day.
Sunday 29th March 2026 “Dance Move Engage” Performance Day (Judged)
Roselea Community Centre, 645-671 Pennant Hills Rd Beecroft
Arrive 8.30am for 9am start U16yrs until appx 1.00pm
Students need to remain at the venue in performance attire for the whole time frame to receive their awards if they make any finals throughout the day. If they don’t make finals they are able to leave after their last event.
Proper judged performance attire is required. Ballroom dance shoes. black team leotard and skirt for girls, black pants, white shirt, black bow tie for boys. This can all be purchased from the studio. Please see link and prices on website or please ask.
Cost: Competitors U16yrs $80 – Includes All Events Studio Entry Fees ($70) plus Admission ($10) (pay online below)
Cost: Spectators O16yrs Adult $25 (buy online below)
Cost: Spectators U16yrs Child $15 (buy online below)
All students- Registration for Competitions: Required to renew yearly membership with Dancesport Australia for membership, insurance purposes- $40 U16yrs
Over 16yrs Competitors– I will calculate costs individually as costs vary significantly (EFT amount separately)
ADDITION SPECTATOR TICKETS CAN BE BOUGHT ONLINE OR AT THE DOOR AFTER CUT OFF ENTRY DATE ($5 more expensive than above price)
STUDENTS COMPETING ON DAY MUST BUY TICKETS THROUGH ME SO I CAN CONFIRM THEIR ENTRY WITH THE ORGANISER BY THE CUT OFF ENTRY DATE AND I PASS ENTRY/TICKET FEES OVER AS WELL TO ORGANISER.
