Studio Trophy/Medals Day
Sunday, 24th November 2024
Starts appx 1pm until appx 6pm.
Mona Vale Memorial Hall- 1 Park St Mona Vale
Students undertake their ballroom dancing exams every semester at the studio. Beginners start on Bronze and move up through their bar levels to Gold in various styles of Dancesport as they improve. It’s a relaxed, friendly atmosphere on the day with a highly qualified examiner coming from the Australian Dancing Society (ADS) to meet and provide thorough report cards on the students progress. All students really enjoy the day and the external feedback to help them improve!
Cost: $50
Includes practical exam time, report card and trophy.
The day will be broken down into sessions SO PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR PREFERRED EXAM TIME IN PAYPAL NAME REFERENCE BOX NEXT TO STUDENTS NAME. I will try my best to get as close to that time/session as possible for you.
It is free for family to come and watch the exam performance.
STUDENT EXAM FEES MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE TO MEET DEADLINES WITH TROPHY ORDERING REQUIREMENTS. YOUR CO-OPERATION IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

Competition Day – DME Champions of the Future Beecroft

Roselea Community Centre, 645-671 Pennant Hills Rd, Beecroft
Arrive 8.00am for U16yrs
Students need to remain at the competition arena in competition attire for the whole time frame to receive their awards if they make any finals throughout the day. If they don’t make finals they are able to leave after their last event.
Cost: Competitors U16yrs $60 – Includes All Events Entry Fees plus Admission (buy online here)
First Time Competitors: Required to purchase end of year Daypass with Dancesport Australia for membership, insurance purposes- $10 (buy online here)
Over 16yrs Competitors– I will calculate costs individually as costs vary significantly (EFT amount separately)
Cost: Spectators O16yrs Adult $20 (buy online here)
Cost: Spectators U16yrs Child $10 (buy online here)
ADDITION SPECTATOR TICKETS CAN BE BOUGHT ONLINE OR AT THE DOOR AFTER CUT OFF ENTRY DATE. COSTS $5 extra Adult spectators $25, child spectators $15
STUDENTS COMPETING ON DAY MUST BUY TICKETS THROUGH ME SO I CAN CONFIRM THEIR ENTRY WITH THE ORGANISER BY THE CUT OFF ENTRY DATE AND I PASS ENTRY/TICKET FEES OVER AS WELL TO ORGANISER.

Girls- Black Leotard/Black Crenolined Skirt/Coloured Hair Flower- Total Package $80
Boys- Black dance trousers, white lycra long sleeved shirt, black bow tie- Total Package $80
